Returns
Customcarneeds.com will only accept returns on items purchased within 30 days of the purchase date and are in the same condition as when shipped. Customcarneeds.com will charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned from the original purchaser, and the customer will be responsible for all freight charges. All items must be in the original packaging and in "as-sold" condition. No credit will be issued on items returned after 30 days of purchase, or on items that have been painted, damaged, or modified in any way. Used to incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted, since we only sell new items. You must call us and receive return instructions on all items returned. No credit will be issued for items returned without authorization.
